Garrett Turbo

I’m looking at the jgs ka24e starter kit but I heard their turbos are not that good. So would a garrett t3/t4 turbo fit their manifolds? And well all their other parts?

Also buying the turbo seprately could be cheaper.
Are all t3/t04e turbos the same just different trims and ar? Also is the trim the size of the housing and the exaust intake at just the housing .
