Also, What would i need to upgrade if anything if i put this in my car?

it aslo has a little tag that says GL D237J followed by 14411-29D00 and under that 471024-9………….if you know anything let me know im trying to find out what car this turbo fits in and how much these 2 parts r worth or how much i should sell them for

Around a week ago I sold a Garrett turbo online to a guy around 2500 miles away. When I sent it there were no bent fins the shaft play was normal and had no problems with it. Well he gave me less than a day to ship it before he filed a claim on paypal which he finally took it off after he recieved the turbo. Then now he says it has bent fins and that there is a small shaft play and when I showed him that it was normal he started talking about all the other things were wrong. Now he wants me to either pay for a rebuild kit or a refund and once i told him im not paying for a rebuild kit he wants his refund and honestly I don’t have the money for the refund and honeslty i think he just wants his money back and keep my turbo and once i tell him he won’t be getting a refund he will file another claim in which paypal will probably see it his way. what would you do.
Yea i have pictures of it and from what I can tell no bent fins or nothing. First he started out shaft play then he said bent fins now he saying that someone also took the turbo apart and that he wants a full refund.

Im 19 an i probley have more money to blow than anyone who has ever gone to this site,my dad is the CEO for a casino an im his personal assistant…i already have a camaro but i want a tuner i dont think its to much for me to handel haha just want another fun car for customization.(i got the transformer editon btw :p ) an the reason i bought the eclipse is cuss i liked the way the one looked in the fast an furious movie.

I have a 1989 mustang lx with a 2.3T from an 87 turbocoupe t-bird. It has a garrett t3 turbo. I’v had the car for a while and something happened thismorning that is making me think either the turbo is seized or I have bad leak internally. As I was driving, I noticed that I couldn’t build any boost past 0. I checked all the vacuum lines, intercooler lines, turbo hoses, and there seems to be no leaks any where. Oil level is fine and so is the coolant. I checked the turbo’s compressor wheel and it isn’t hitting the housing and it spins when i fling it with my finger. My boost guage is showing 22 in hg (vacuum) which is healthy but I’m getting no boost. It should be at 15 psi. Can you give any suggestions besides a compression test because I’m doing that tommorrow.
